Chuck Hafner’s Gift Card may only be used for making purchases as Chuck Hafner’s Garden Center. It cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. The value of this Card will not be replaced if the Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed. Use of this Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• Delivery dates are scheduled, however, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times on that day.
• All deliveries must be paid in full prior to delivery.
• The homeowner is not required to be home, however, please be available to be contacted if any questions arise.
• All deliveries are driveway drop off only; our delivery driver cannot drive or dump bulk orders on the lawn.
• We do not deliver bulk topsoil and dyed mulches in heavy rain.
• We cannot mix two bulk products such as stones and mulch in one delivery.
• Bulk deliveries are final with no returns once delivered.
• Driveway must be accessible and free of hazards such as low power lines, tight buildings, or steep angles.

Any claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery and before the installation of the product.
Chuck Hafner’s Garden Center is not responsible for any damages done to the driveway, parking lot, street, etc. from merchandise delivered at customers’ request.

Materials ordered through this website may vary in color, size, and consistency from order to order. Images on the screen are intended to provide a close representation of our bulk selection. However, due to variations in the raw materials and differences in screen displays, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. Natural products have slight variations and once a bulk delivery is complete, the order is final with no returns.
